Supply-Only Service

Ink & Pixel Studios operates as a supply-only manufacturing service. We produce and deliver printed products ready for application. We do NOT provide installation, application, or measurement services. By placing an order, you acknowledge full responsibility for:

✓ Providing accurate dimensions and measurements
✓ Installing or applying products correctly
✓ Surface preparation and adhesion testing
✓ Any errors arising from incorrect measurements or installation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide custom print production services including but not limited to:

Vinyl stickers and decals (kiss-cut and die-cut)
Large format signage and banners
Vehicle graphics (supply-only)
Business stationery

All products are delivered uninstalled. Installation services are NOT included.

3. Payment Terms (100% Upfront)

All orders require 100% payment before production begins.

Payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (Yoco), Instant EFT, Manual EFT
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
Production begins only after payment confirmation
Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Custom print products are NON-REFUNDABLE once production has started.

You may cancel ONLY if:

Order has not entered production (status: "Pending Payment")
Cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order placement

No refunds are given for:

Customer-provided incorrect dimensions or artwork
Color variations due to screen display differences
Installation errors or adhesion failures
Change of mind after production has started

5. Copyright Indemnity

You warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce all artwork submitted.

By uploading artwork, you indemnify Ink & Pixel Studios against any claims, legal costs, or liability arising from copyright infringement, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized use of trademarked characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel, sports logos)
Copyrighted images or designs without proper licensing
Third-party intellectual property violations

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing potentially infringing content.

6. Production Time & Delivery

Standard turnaround time: 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Rush orders available on request (additional fees apply)
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
Delays due to artwork issues, courier delays, or force majeure are not our responsibility

Delivery Method: Courier delivery to your specified address. Delivery fee: R90 (Vaal Triangle area). Other areas quoted separately.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will be printed to industry standards and free from manufacturing defects.

We will reprint at no charge if:

Print quality is defective (banding, incorrect colors, physical damage)
Incorrect dimensions due to our production error
Material defects (not adhering, peeling due to material fault)

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ink & Pixel Studios is not liable for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Installation errors or application failures
Color variations due to screen calibration differences
Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from product use

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
